We’re excited to share some of our work with Hemab Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company that is re-imagining care for people living with bleeding disorders.

At Miracle, we believe that access to harmonized, interactive data can be transformative, especially in areas of high unmet medical need. Our recent collaboration with Hemab Therapeutics exemplifies how technology can empower biotech teams to derive insights with speed and clarity.

The Challenge: Unifying Natural History Data

Hemab's Medical Affairs team plays a pivotal role in advancing understanding of bleeding disorders like Glanzmann thrombasthenia (GT) and Von Willebrand disease (VWD). As part of their evidence generation strategy, the team has been analyzing complex datasets from natural history studies.

These datasets are rich, but they come from disparate sources with varied structures and data quality. Preparing them for scientific presentations, publications, and internal strategic discussions required a way to unify, explore, and trust the data.

The Solution: Miracle’s End-to-End Data Experience

Miracle’s platform was designed for just these challenges. We ingest structured and semi-structured data from a range of clinical and registry systems, normalize it to a common data model, and generate interactive visualizations, enabling exploratory analysis that’s both rigorous and intuitive.

For Hemab, this meant they could:

·       Visualize complex datasets quickly without relying on extensive manual data wrangling or external analytics support.

·       Integrate new data cuts seamlessly with automatic syncing that refreshed dashboards in real time.

·       Collaborate across functions with a shared, trusted environment for data exploration and insight generation.

Building Confidence Through Iteration

Over several weeks of collaboration, we worked closely with Hemab to tailor their data environment and visualizations to meet specific scientific objectives. In the process, our joint teams surfaced hidden gaps and inconsistencies from upstream data providers, bringing not just speed, but rigor, to their analytic foundation.

The platform also helped operationalize the complex logic required to classify bleed types, normalize patient-level events, and compare across disease subtypes, adding depth and nuance to Hemab’s storytelling.

"Working with Miracle transformed how we engage with natural history data. We went from raw datasets to interactive visualizations quickly. The platform handled the complex logic around bleed classification and let us iterate quickly. And when new data arrived, everything refreshed automatically. It let us focus on what mattered: delivering clear, trusted insights."

The Outcome: Data-Driven Storytelling at Scale

Armed with a dynamic, visual, and up-to-date view of natural history data, Hemab’s medical affairs team has shared insights at major scientific meetings, highlighting the burden of disease and the potential hope for new prophylactic therapies in GT and VWD.

These insights didn’t just support their clinical development programs. They helped make the case for transformation: moving from reactive to preventative care in bleeding disorders, backed by clear, data-driven narratives.

Looking Ahead

As Hemab continues to advance its lead candidates, we’re proud to support their journey from evidence to impact. Miracle remains committed to enabling biopharma teams to scale insight generation, strengthen scientific credibility, and ultimately accelerate better care for patients.
